road bumps

I have hit another road bump that i can't seem to get over. My first one was at 220 lbs. It took me forever to get past that number. And now again at 207 lbs. I want so badly to be below 200lbs. I have lost 42lbs since Sept 2009 but these road bumps are so frustrating. I am still doing the same things; watching my calories, working out 4 to 5 times a week and i take my supplements. I know that sometimes i have off days but everyone does. I AM JUST SO READY TO REACH MY GOAL. Hopefully i will be getting there soon. Wish me luck.

so excited

So I went to my weigh in yesterday. I lost 4.5 lbs. OMG that is almost 8 lbs in 2 weeks. I am now 11 lbs away from my goal. And i was able to compare the scale at the clinic to my wii and it is only off my like 2 lbs. I can not believe i am down 38 lbs now. It has only been 5 1/2 months since i started. I am so pleased and excited about the new me. I can not wait to weigh in next week.

So far so good

So I am still making progress. I ran out of pills for like 3 weeks and didn't manage to gain any weight. However i didn't really lose any either. lol. But I did lose a little because i got my wisdom teeth out 2 weeks ago. So a liquid diet will help when you are out of pills. lol. I was about to go get more pills last week and weigh in. I have lost 3 almost 4 lbs. So i am 16 away from my second goal. I have also been keeping track on my wii. According to that i have lost 4 more lbs.

The holidays are finally over

FINALLY....I have been so busy that i have not been able to go weight in for 3 weeks. I feel so lost. I do know however that i have not gained any weight. My husband got me a wii fit plus for christmas and it have been keeping track for me. It is actully are very handy tool to have i have really enjoyed working out on it. It keeps track of my calories burned and how long i have worked out. Anyways, I am just excited that i have something i can do at home that is effective. I am looking forward to going in to weight in this week at the clinic and get my shot cause i can tell that i need it.

Tomorrow is the day of truth

Dec 2nd is when i am going to get my weigh in for my first official goal. I was wanting to lose 30 lbs in 3 months. so now is the moment of truth. I super excited but not so confident about the results. I have not gotten to work out as much and i have been super stressed out at work so i have not been eating all that well. I am hoping that i reached my goal but if i miss it by a little it will not be that bad. i am still 26 lbs lighter then i was 3 months ago. when i weighted in last week i was right at 26 lbs lost. that is amazing as far as i am concerned.

So excited

I am so excited that i have been able to keep this program going for so long. I usually get bored with a weight loss program in a few weeks but this one has kept my interest. I think it is mostly because the staff at the clinic and the fact that it is actually working for me. I can not believe that i have lost 22 lbs in 10 weeks. I am so excited. So is my husband. We made an agreement that if i could be down to 200 lbs or less then we would try to have another baby. It looks like that is going to be happening sooner then i thought. I am only 13 lbs away from reaching my first goal.

Still going strong

I am still keeping up a really good pace with my weight loss. I went in for my weigh in this past wednesday and was pleasantly surprised. I had not been keep my food journal that week and had slipped off track. But I managed to lose 2 lbs. I was so excited. I went in discouraged with out even knowing what the scale would say. It was a wake up call for me though. If I can lose 2 lbs while not watching what i am eating then i need to get back on track with my journal and calorie counting so that i can keep losing more.

first blog

I started this program 3 weeks ago. I go in for my third weigh in tomorrow I am super excited. So far I have lost 10 lbs and some odd ounces.
This is the first program that has actually worked for me. I am eating better and have much more energy. I don't snack as much out of boredom because I don't have the need to anymore. I am also much more aware of what I am putting in my body because of the need to count my calorie intake. You would be suprised at how many calories are in a simple mean. Now i try to get more nutrious meals in instead of eating food that is easy and fast to make.
