heatherbrooke81 Hi there I'm going for my first appointment today. However, I live in Florida and won't be at this clinic. My mom lives in Birmingham and told me about this site so I'm on here for us. Wish us luck. She started several weeks ago and said she's only lost 5 pounds. Sounds like others have lost a lot more.
