I would like to lose weight, Can't seem to get anyone to contact me.

dyanrees I down loaded the form and filled it out in advance as per the web site. Next step tried to make an appointment with no luck, Why?
I emailed my info twice once on 2-2-2010, then again on 2-25-2010, no response.
Then on 3-1-2010 called the #1-877-538-5673 different time zone than me so they weren't open yet, Said to leave your name & number and they would contact me. Again no response.
WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?
