appetite suppressant ... I miss you!

Wght B Gone I've lost almost 30lbs since Nov 3rd and I'm very happy with my results thus far! BUT I've got a ways to go...I need to loose about 40 more!
I'm at my 1st big bump in the raod- my appetite suppressant is out! Does anyone know how long you stay off of them before they put you back on them? Any advice on what to do until then?
