I am sorry to hear about your frustration trying to make an appointment. I am not sure where the breakdown is, but will give it my immediate attention when I get in to the office this morning. There are a number of things that could happen when using an automated system, and I do appreciate you bringing the issue to our attention so we can fix the problem.

Please keep in mind when calling our office: Our corporate office (205)670-5355 or (877)538-7567 is open Monday - Friday 8am-5pm, and Saturday 9am-2pm. All of our other locations have some day and some evening hours, and most are closed on Monday, during the closed times of these offices, the phones are not manned. For more information on clinic opening times, go to the "Locations" tab above and then click on the preferred clinic.
