I started this program 3 weeks ago. I go in for my third weigh in tomorrow I am super excited. So far I have lost 10 lbs and some odd ounces.
This is the first program that has actually worked for me. I am eating better and have much more energy. I don't snack as much out of boredom because I don't have the need to anymore. I am also much more aware of what I am putting in my body because of the need to count my calorie intake. You would be suprised at how many calories are in a simple mean. Now i try to get more nutrious meals in instead of eating food that is easy and fast to make.
I feel so good all the time. It has already made a huge change in my life and i can't wait to see how much better it all gets.
