Mom2Seven at the location I've had to be going too. Yeah! I will be back to Gardendale next week and am so looking forward to the ladies there. I have missed their encouragement greatly. I think I have done worse since being at the other location... so I'm glad to be going.
Got a little too off track over the holidays with my son home from the military... back on the good "wagon" today. Back to journaling my food, exercise, etc. Ready to get going.
I have learned I'm not "there" yet when it comes to knowing and eating right... still too easy for me to not have the right things. :(
I want to have 40 more off by June. That would be 100 since June 2009. I know I can! Got to get busy!
