This site is owned and operated by Advanced Weight Loss Inc. (AWLC). AWLC retains all appropriate copyrights to its content.

By registering for this site you agree to the following terms:

  1. Common courtesy and family friendly language is to be used in all user submitted entries (posts) you submit to theweightlossclinics.com . This means non-offensive and clean language. Examples of offense language include (but are not limited to) curse words and insults.
  2. Post are to be used to provide constructive information, helpful tips, inspiration, or similar uses. Post are not to be used to advertise products or websites. Responding "You may want to see if there is a Gym X in your area, I've had great experiences with them" to a member's blog about their trouble finding a place to workout is constructive and helpful. Replying with "Join Gym X now for only 29.99, call 555-555-5555 today!" is an advertisement and will likely be removed.
  3. By submitting user content you are providing AWLC permission to display that content on our website. This does not include information you provide to our online store.
  4. AWLC reserves the right to edit, remove, or delete any post that we feel violates these terms or negatively impacts user experience on our site.
  5. You acknowledge that AWLC is not responsible for the opinion of others, and that all posts by members (non-employees)

Store Policy
The online store has the following additional terms that do not apply to other content. By using our online store you agree to abide by the following terms, as well as the terms above.

  1. By purchasing a product from our store you agree to provide extra information to allow us to process your order and complete billing. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are who you say you are.
  2. AWLC uses Google Checkout and Paypal (customer's choice) to accept and process payments. You agree to allow us to securely transmit the date you provided us (name, address, amount due, etc) to their site when we transfer you over to complete payment. The payment processor will transfer you back to our site when you finish payment.
  3. AWLC has 48 hours to package and ship your order placed on weekdays. Sunday orders will be processed and packaged on Monday. Your order information will be updated when shipped, you may access this information from your My Account page
  4. Taxes: We are required to collect sales tax on online from residents of some states that we have physical locations. If you live in one of those states you will be charged the appropriate tax. Otherwise we will not usually charge tax.

    We are currently required to charge sales tax to residents of Alabama.
